Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on medications once they have been dispatched or delivered.

This policy is in place to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and to protect the safety of all our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect or incomplete
  • Defective upon arrival

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Products seized or delayed due to customs regulations

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

International Orders & Customs

Elite Health Pharmacy ships across Europe and worldwide. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products are permitted in their country. We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or rejections by customs authorities.
